IT Project Manager

Role Overview:

• Looking for an IT Project Manager to manage multiple IT infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Projects will primarily involve site expansions across North America, with potential projects in other regions.
• One example of a project is replacing End-of-Life (EOL) UPS systems.
• Depending on the candidate’s skill set and experience, they may be assigned to other IT infrastructure projects as well.

Required Experience / Skills:

• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects is important.
• Familiarity with hardware, routers, and networking infrastructure.
• Should have experience handling infrastructure-related projects.
• MS Excel experience is required.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for collaboration and project communication.
• Familiarity with Copilot AI and the ability to use AI tools effectively for day-to-day project management.
• Should be able to take meeting notes, organize/summarize them, and modify or refine notes using AI tools such as Copilot.
• Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.
