Compensation, Benefits, and Professional Development
You will receive:
- Base salary plus performance-based earnings with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually.
- Total annual compensation package potentially valued up to $122,470, depending on experience, performance, eligibility, and participation in available programs.

Practice Physical Therapy With More Clinical
Support
Your role will focus primarily on outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine Physical Therapy.
You may treat patients recovering from:
- Musculoskeletal injuries.
- Sports injuries.
- Orthopedic surgeries.
- Strength and mobility limitations.
- Persistent pain.
- Movement limitations.
- Return-to-sport needs.
- Return-to-work and return-to-activity needs.
- Performance-related conditions.
- Vestibular dysfunction, dizziness, and balance concerns depending on your interests and experience.
You will be encouraged to use your clinical judgment and Physical Therapy training to build individualized treatment plans based on each patient's presentation, functional limitations, goals, and progress.
More Time to Evaluate and Treat
Strong Physical Therapy requires time to evaluate, think, educate, and progress treatment appropriately.

- Evaluations are approximately 60 minutes.

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

Required Qualifications
