Position Overview

Spanish Cove Retirement Village is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an 8-week Long-Term Care assignment. The ideal candidate has strong LTC/SNF experience and can step into the role with minimal orientation and work independently.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
- Provide nursing care and monitor residents' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assess residents and report changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
- Support resident safety and compliance with facility care standards.
Requirements
----------------
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Oklahoma.
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, preferably Friday through Sunday.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to facility workflows.
- Required education: Nursing degree or diploma qualifying the candidate for RN licensure.
