Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $60–$63/hour
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,160–$2,268

• Requested Schedule: Three day shifts per week, approximately 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Scheduling: Minimal requests for time off; reliability is essential.

Position Overview

John C. Fremont Hospital is seeking reliable Emergency Room Registered Nurses for a 13-week assignment in Mariposa, California.

This 34-bed hospital serves a rural community and provides emergency, acute care, and skilled nursing services. Nurses will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient needs in a collaborative, close-knit healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Provide emergency nursing interventions and ongoing patient monitoring.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate promptly with providers.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support safe patient handoffs.
• Collaborate with the emergency care team to deliver timely, patient-centered care.

Requirements

----------------

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS certification.
• Completed CMT course or demonstrated cardiac monitoring proficiency.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Minimal requests for time off during the assignment.
