Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for Founding AI Product Engineer

Shipped products end- to- end as a product/full- stack engineer with clear ownership across 2+ companies — can point to specific tools/features they built and explain the full lifecycle.

Shipped AI into production

— hands- on experience building agentic systems, RAG, or similar (not just using ChatGPT)

3 - 6 years of experience in product engineering, systems engineering, or full- stack roles — productizing and unifying backend systems (75%) into scalable AI products. Some UI/customer- facing work (25%)

AI/agentic system fluency — RAG, data extraction, eval loops, fine- tuning

Python Proficiency

Next. js, React, Postgres, reinforcement learning, Google Vertex

Startup experience — nice- to- have, not required if they have real ownership at a larger company

Education

CS or hard STEM degree (BS, not BA)
