About this role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design for complex internal and client-facing software, from discovery and problem definition through implementation.
  • Transform manual, ambiguous business processes into structured, scalable workflows and intuitive software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define user flows, information architecture, permissions, approval processes, business rules, and system requirements.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate workflows and functionality before development.
  • Design polished, production-ready interfaces in Figma, including dashboards, forms, tables, administrative tools, and configuration interfaces.
  • Partner with engineers throughout development to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain reusable components, design systems, and consistent UI standards across multiple products.
  • Balance the needs of internal users who require efficiency and flexibility with end users who prioritize simplicity and clarity.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product design experience building B2B SaaS, enterprise software, internal tools, or workflow-driven applications.
  • Proven ability to manage the full product design lifecycle, from discovery and problem-solving through final UI design and implementation.
  • Strong systems-thinking skills, including experience designing complex workflows, permissions, approval processes, business rules, and system configurations.
  • Experience designing operational software, dashboards, administrative platforms, forms, tables, and data-heavy interfaces.
  • Strong UX/UI, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, and work cross-functionally.
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design ownership and the ability to turn complex problems into intuitive, polished software experiences.
  • Experience with workflow automation, enterprise administration, multi-tenant SaaS, IT operations, procurement, inventory management, or security-sensitive products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and product development tools is a plus.
