Pay: $100-150K Depending on Experience

A well-established law practice on the North Shore is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about family law and looking to grow their practice in a supportive environment offering consistent client demand, meaningful courtroom exposure, and hands-on trial experience!

The practice has developed a strong reputation and referral network, providing a steady workflow and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships. Estate planning experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through resolution.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide guidance throughout the legal process.
• Develop case strategies and prepare matters for hearings and trial.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver thoughtful, effective legal representation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• 3+ years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
• Genuine interest in family law and a commitment to continued professional growth.
• Estate planning experience is a plus.
