Corporate Associate Attorney Hybrid/Remote Flexibility A growing Boston boutique law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong transactional background to work closely with entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses on sophisticated corporate matters in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, debt and equity financings, and general corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional agreements and commercial contracts.
• Manage deal-related matters from inception through closing.
• Build strong client relationships and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues on a variety of complex corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of corporate transactional experience, ideally gained at a large or sophisticated law firm.
• Experience with M&A, private equity, venture capital, financing transactions, or general corporate matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines.
• J.D. and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary in the low-to-mid $200,000s, with additional bonus opportunities, along with comprehensive benefits.
