Product Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team and help shape healthcare revenue cycle solutions. This is a roduct role, so we're looking for someone with a solid foundation in either healthcare revenue cycle or product-related work, who's eager to grow into the other.

What You'll Do:

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from clients, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts
• Translate customer and operational needs into clear user stories and product specifications
• Partner with engineering, QA, and implementation teams to support development from concept through release
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Analyze workflows, transaction data, and user feedback to identify gaps and opportunities
• Support product roadmap planning and backlog grooming
• Help communicate product updates to internal teams and customers

What You'll Bring:

Ideally, at least one of the following:

• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Experience with healthcare X12, API, or FHIR transactions
• Patient financial services or business office experience
• Experience working for a healthcare technology or revenue cycle vendor

Or, exposure to product-related work such as:

• Business requirements gathering
• Market research
• Business analysis
• Similar responsibilities

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Confluence
• Experience with claims, eligibility, remittance, or denials workflows
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
