Manager, Software Engineering

What to Expect

This role is responsible for directing the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and systems. Support reliable, high-quality software delivery through technical guidance, cross-functional coordination, and software engineering in assigned areas.

What You'll Do* Supervise software engineers, including hiring, performance evaluation, and workload assignment

• Support design, development, and maintenance of software applications and systems
• Plan use of team resources and project budgets for software delivery
• Perform and review testing, quality, and production support of assigned software
• Coordinate with product, design, and other engineering groups on requirements and delivery

What You'll Bring* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation
• 2 years of experience designing and developing software applications or systems
• 2 years of experience developing software using a general-purpose programming language
• 2 years of experience testing or debugging software
• 1 year of experience developing responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js)
• 1 year of experience developing cross-platform mobile applications (e.g., React Native) and integrating with backend services or APIs
• 1 year of experience optimizing applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, or security (e.g., server-side rendering, static site generation)

Expected Compensation

$200,000 - $360,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
