Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients using manual therapy and exercise based care.
• Follow established plans of care and communicate progress to the treating team.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time in line with Medicare and payer requirements.
• Deliver the practice’s one on one standard of care in every visit.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent from a CAPTE accredited program.
• Active Wisconsin PT license, or eligible to obtain one.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a commitment to patient centered care.

Compensation and Schedule

• $55 per hour base rate.
• $60 per hour for therapists holding OCS, a manual therapy certification, or dry needling certification.
• Flexible schedule of 4 to 24 hours per week, built around your availability.
• Minimum commitment of two shifts per month.
