Digital Marketing Specialist & Office Operations

We are a long-standing, family-owned home services business serving the Greater Phoenix Valley. We focus on honest pricing, same-day service, licensed & insured work, and educating our customers so they can make confident decisions.

We’re looking for a dependable, multi-talented person who is comfortable wearing several hats to join our small team. This role supports daily office operations while also driving our digital marketing, SEO, website, and online presence efforts.

What You’ll Do

Office Operations

• Answer customer calls for the home maintenance and repair services we provide; give clear information and book service jobs professionally
• Manage scheduling and job booking (experience with service software is a plus)
• Perform general office duties including emails, filing, customer follow-up, and day-to-day administrative support
• Handle light QuickBooks tasks (invoicing support, basic data entry, expense tracking, and light record-keeping)

Digital Marketing, SEO, Web

Design & Online Presence

• Manage social media marketing (mostly already created, just post additional content, engage with followers, and support campaigns)
• Assist with website design, updates, content management, and basic on-page SEO
• Support and manage Google Local Services Ads
• Optimize and maintain our Google Business Profile / Google Maps presence (listing accuracy, categories, photos, posts, Q&A, review responses, and local ranking factors)
• Track leads and help improve our online visibility, website performance, and customer response
• Contribute to other digital marketing tasks as needed (content creation, basic SEO improvements, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience answering phones and providing excellent customer service (home services, plumbing, or HVAC background a plus)
• Familiarity with light QuickBooks (or strong willingness and ability to learn quickly)
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing and basic website updates or design
• Knowledge of or experience with SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Maps, or Google Local Services preferred
• Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking and wearing multiple hats in a small-business environment
• Professional communication skills (phone and written) and reliable on-site presence in the Phoenix Valley area

Note: Hands-on digital marketing experience (SEO, web design/updates, Google Business Profile/Maps, Local Services Ads, or related tools) is a significant plus and will be reflected in a higher starting wage.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
