About Us

We are a locally-owned home service business, serving the Entire Phoenix Valley. We have more than 45 years of local service, we are known for honest pricing, quality installations, and strong customer reviews. We’re looking for a reliable, creative team member to help manage our online presence and support marketing efforts from our office.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and update our Wix websites on an ongoing basis — add and organize photos, write and publish blog posts, refine pages, and keep the site current and professional.
• Optimize the mobile version of the website so it looks and performs well on phones and tablets.
• Build and improve website pages and landing pages as needed.
• Create and support marketing ad creatives and buildouts (including digital ads and promotional materials).
• Contribute to advanced creative marketing projects — content, visuals, and campaigns that help us attract and educate customers.
• Assist with general office duties as needed (scheduling support, customer communications, organization, and other day-to-day tasks).

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Hands-on experience with the Wix platform (content updates, photos, blogs, page edits, and mobile optimization).
• Strong writing skills for blogs, website content, and marketing materials.
• Creative ability with design/tools such as Canva (or similar) for ads, graphics, and visuals.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small-business office environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience with basic SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
• Portfolio or examples of website work, content, or marketing creatives.
• Familiarity with the home-services such as plumbing or HVAC industry is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in a small business or multi-tasking office role.

Benefits & Details

• Competitive salary based on experience ($45,000 – $61,000).
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (typical office hours; exact hours discussed during interview).
