Position Overview

We are hiring a Pediatric Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to pediatric patients in an acute-care setting. Candidates should have solid pediatric nursing experience, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with families and the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Assess pediatric patients and monitor changes in condition.
• Implement nursing care plans and prescribed treatments.
• Administer medications and document patient responses.
• Communicate with families about care and treatment.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety protocols.

Requirements

• Active RN license valid for California practice.
• Associate degree or equivalent required; BSN preferred.
• At least 2 years of pediatric nursing experience.
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Experience with newborns requiring step-down care preferred.
