We're hiring a

Senior AI/ML Engineer

to join an innovative AI technology company developing advanced, domain-specific models and production AI systems.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced engineer who wants to take ownership of the full model lifecycle, from development and training through to optimisation and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train and fine-tune machine learning models and LLMs.
• Develop domain-specific AI models from scratch where required.
• Optimise GPU performance, inference speed and scalability.
• Build and deploy reliable, production-ready AI systems.
• Lead model evaluation, experimentation and performance improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong Python and PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX experience.
• Proven experience training or fine-tuning models, not just integrating AI APIs.
• Experience deploying models into production.
• Hands-on experience with GPU acceleration and CUDA.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, model optimisation and evaluation.
