ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a teacher, and my passion for educating and helping others ultimately led me into insurance. I wanted to become someone my community could trust to help navigate the sometimes complicated world of insurance.

I'm a proud University of Arkansas graduate, married with four children, and outside of work, I enjoy raising cattle and chickens.

Giving back is important to our agency. We offer charitable donation matching, allowing team members to support causes that are meaningful to them while making a positive impact in our community.

Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA, paid time off, paid holidays, and an employer-paid life insurance policy. We also have a competitive annual bonus structure, along with monthly and quarterly performance incentives that reward hard work and results.

We've built a goal-oriented, supportive environment where personal and professional growth are encouraged. I'm looking for someone who is hardworking, self-motivated, and takes ownership of their success without needing to be micromanaged. The right person will be committed to growing personally, professionally, and spiritually while bringing a winning mindset and a willingness to overcome challenges.
