ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in October 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, gaining valuable experience before pursuing agency ownership. I played Division II college football, which helped shape my competitive mindset and passion for teamwork.
I'm married, one of five siblings, and have a German Shepherd. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fitness, and staying active.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA retirement plan, ongoing training, professional and personal development, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We're especially passionate about creating opportunities for career advancement, including management positions and the Agent Aspirant Program for those interested in pursuing agency ownership.
As a newer agency, we're building a motivated, growth-focused team where everyone has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. I'm looking for someone who is goal-driven, self-motivated, coachable, and adaptable. Strong communication skills and a personable attitude are especially important.
If you're eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and excited about growing alongside a new agency with opportunities for leadership and advancement, we'd love to meet you.
