RN Case Manager

Position Overview

The RN Case Manager collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload. What You Can Expect:* Schedule: Part time/ 20 hours per week minimum, 10 Hour Shifts with weekend rotation

• Benefits: Full Benefits with hospital contributions
• Additional Pay: Cert Pay available for qualifying certifications AND shift differentials

Qualifications:* Education: Associates of Nursing Degree/Diploma Bachelor of Nursing Degree

• Experience: 2 years of RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in Idaho
