THE ROLE
We are looking for a versatile , highly organized Project Manager / Graphic Designer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between creative design and project execution. In this dual role, you would be responsible for bringing client visions to life visually while keeping sign and graphics projects running on schedule, within budget, and to specifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create print - ready artwork for vinyl applications, custom signage, and large-format graphics
Prepare vector files, proof documents, scale drawings, and cut files for production.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Manage the full cycle of graphics and signage projects from initial client request, quoting, fabrication, assembly, and final site installation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, project updates and approvals.
Coordinate scheduling between fabrication, graphic production, electrical/lighting set up, and field installation teams.
Source materials, track budgets, issue work orders, and maintain clear job documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience - 2+ years of graphic design and project management (sign,print industry preffered)
Software - Adobe illustrator, photoshop and flexi preffered.
Technical Aptitude
Strong understanding of print production processes, vector graphics, vinyl substrates, and spatial/scale awareness for physical installations.
Organization
Outstanding time - management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple tight deadlines and moving parts simultaneously.
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear client interaction and team direction. knowledge of sign construction, illuminated signage, electrical components, and local permitting regulations.
Hands- on experience with plotters, printers, and vinyl application.
