Spinal Recovery Center is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Warren, MI. We focus on non-surgical approaches to spinal and joint care, combining hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, technology, and patient education to help individuals improve movement and function.

This is an opportunity to work closely with chiropractors, therapists, and wellness professionals while providing individualized care in a supportive clinical setting.

What You'll Do

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and identify patients' functional needs
• Create treatment plans based on individual goals, diagnoses, and limitations
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as exercise therapy, manual techniques, massage, traction, and other appropriate modalities
• Track patient response and modify treatment approaches as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Teach patients proper exercises, home-care techniques, and strategies for preventing future limitations
• Review referrals and relevant medical information when developing treatment plans
• Identify concerns that fall outside the scope of physical therapy and recommend appropriate medical follow-up
• Work with therapy support personnel and provide direction when appropriate
• Determine when patients are ready for discharge and provide recommendations for continued care
• Follow applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current, active Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a physical therapy aide
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and critical-thinking abilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar computer programs
• Ability to respond appropriately and remain composed during emergency situations
