Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
• Passionate about working with children
• Skilled at coaching and supporting caregivers to promote child development
• Strong background in sensory integration, fine/gross motor skills, and daily functional tasks
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct play-based, developmentally appropriate assessments
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide 1:1 sessions focused on motor, sensory, and self-care skills
• Educate caregivers on strategies for daily routines
• Monitor progress, update plans, and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for consistent care
