Senior Financial Analyst Location:

Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3–4 days onsite per week, with additional onsite attendance possible based on business needs Industry: Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Analytics About the Role An opportunity is available for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, business performance and operational improvement within a large-scale foodservice organisation.

Working closely with finance and operations leadership, this role uses financial modelling, reporting and data analytics to identify profitability opportunities, improve cost efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reporting tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights for finance and business teams.
• Partner with regional finance teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and support proactive profit and loss (P&L) management.
• Analyse monthly and quarterly financial results against budgets, plans and forecasts.
• Support the annual operating plan and corporate financial planning processes.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, financial modelling and performance assessments.
• Track business transformation initiatives and measure their impact on financial results.
• Use Excel VBA and other tools to develop standardised, flexible reporting solutions.
• Analyse financial and operational data, presenting insights to support executive-level decisions.
• Develop strategic recommendations using data analytics and predictive modelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, reporting development, business analytics or financial modelling.
• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and partnering effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and focused on improving business performance.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build productive working relationships.
• High standards of integrity, honesty and accountability.
• Preferred Skills Experience with Excel VBA or Visual Basic.
• Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
• Work Environment The role is based at a corporate facility in Houston, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 3–4 days onsite per week.
