IT Systems Engineer (MSP Experience Required)

Solzorro is a cybersecurity-focused MSP based in Utah, known for top-tier support, strong relationships, and a light dose of humor (our cars say “Voted Best IT Company by the Owner’s Mom.”) We’re looking to hire a capable, adaptable IT Systems Engineer who can handle real work (firewall deployments, email migrations, and infrastructure support) while still being someone clients love to talk to.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll work with a variety of businesses, environments, and technologies. Learning, improving, and making a real impact.

Your role will include:

• Managing and troubleshooting servers, firewalls, email systems, workstations, AD, Azure, and SharePoint
• Leading projects like email migrations and firewall setups
• Acting as a go-to resource for clients when deeper technical expertise is needed
• Collaborating with teammates and occasionally mentoring junior staff
• Documenting processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

Who We're Looking For

• Someone local to Utah (this is an in-person role)
• At least 4 years of professional IT experience
• Solid experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
• Confidence handling core infrastructure projects on your own
• A team player who communicates clearly and works well with clients
• A flexible, solutions-minded tech who enjoys variety and problem-solving

Bonus Points (But Not Deal Breakers)

• Experience with automation tools, scripting, or cybersecurity frameworks
• Prior exposure to HIPAA, NIST, or other compliance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
