SMILE Psychiatry is a growing outpatient practice offering medication management and therapy, with offices in Draper and Lehi and telehealth across Utah. Our providers are busy. Most new patients are seen within 48 hours of reaching out, so we’re adding a PMHNP to keep up with demand.

What you’ll do

• Psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
• Coordinate care with our in-house therapists
• Document in AdvancedMD

Compensation – choose the arrangement that fits you

• W2 Employee: $80 per billable hour, plus paid time off and malpractice insurance covered
• 1099 Contractor: $90-100 per billable hour [contractor carries own malpractice]
• Billable hour = time in completed patient appointments
• Start at 10–30 hours/week and grow to full-time as your caseload builds
• Immediate start; we begin insurance credentialing right away

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC); new graduates welcome
• Active Utah APRN license and Utah Controlled Substance license (or in progress)
• Active NPI
