SMILE Psychiatry is an established outpatient psychiatry practice offering medication management and therapy, with offices in Draper and Lehi, Utah, and telehealth statewide. Our Utah providers are nearly full, and we’re expanding into Nevada. We’re hiring a founding PMHNP to help build our Nevada patient base, starting January 2027.

What you’ll do

• Psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for Nevada patients
• Coordinate care with our therapy team
• Document in AdvancedMD

Compensation – choose the arrangement that fits you

• W2 Employee: $80 per billable hour, plus paid time off
• 1099 Contractor: $90–$100 per billable hour
• Malpractice insurance covered under either arrangement
• Billable hour = time in completed patient appointments
• Start part-time and grow to full-time as your caseload builds
• Start date: January 1, 2027. Onboarding and credentialing begin as soon as you’re hired.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Active Nevada RN and APRN licenses
• Full prescriptive authority including Schedule II (2+ years or 2,000+ hours of APRN practice)
• Nevada State Board of Pharmacy controlled substance registration and DEA registration for Nevada (or in progress)
• Active NPI
