The Full Stack Developer designs, builds, tests, and supports customer-facing ecommerce experiences and the services and integrations that power them. This role works closely with product owners, designers, business stakeholders, and other developers to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

The Full Stack Developer contributes across the presentation, application, integration, and data layers of the ecommerce platform. The position develops responsive user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and system integrations; troubleshoots production issues; participates in code reviews and testing; and continuously improves application performance, reliability, security, and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Full Stack Development

  • Develop responsive, accessible, and reusable ecommerce user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build and maintain backend functionality, services, and customizations using PHP and Node.js within a modern headless commerce architecture.
  • Design, consume, and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs that connect the storefront with commerce, content, payment, ERP, and other business platforms.
  • Develop data access logic and write efficient SQL queries for transactional and reporting needs.
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in peer reviews, source control, and continuous integration practices.

Application Support & Troubleshooting

  • Monitor and support ecommerce applications and integrations across development, test, and production environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve defects, performance issues, failed integrations, and customer-impacting incidents.
