Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a passionate and highly skilled Graphic Designer with over 7 years of professional experience? SilkWeb seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us deliver innovative and visually stunning solutions. If you’re ready to take your expertise to the next level, this is your opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute visually striking graphics for digital and print media
• Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and content teams to create cohesive designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to support their growth
• Stay current with design trends and leverage them to produce innovative and competitive visuals
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design roles, with a proven track record of successful projects
• Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with video editing, 3D rendering, or motion graphics
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
