Maternity Coverage – Pediatric Physical Therapist (Part-Time)

Sensory Stars Pediatric Therapy | Seaford, NY

Sensory Stars Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to accept cases at our facility that fits with your availability for morning/afternoon and/or early evening hours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services in our sensory gym setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans targeting gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility
• Complete session documentation in our EMR system
• Communicate progress and strategies with families as needed

Population:

Children ages approximately 3–10 years with a variety of developmental and motor needs.

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to work in a play-based, movement-focused therapy environment

Sensory Stars Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services in a sensory gym environment. Our approach is child-led and relationship-based, integrating movement and play to support children in building the skills needed for everyday activities.
