We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Manager to join Senior Helpers of Central NC. This role involves leading sales and marketing efforts to drive growth and promote our services within the community. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales and marketing management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase client base and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and community outreach activities.
• Track and report on sales performance and marketing metrics.
• Conduct client assessments and presentations as needed.
• Manage and organize sales leads and follow-ups effectively.

Requirements

----------------

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or senior services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be willing and able to commute within our covered territories: Stanly, Rowan, Davie, Davidson, Yadkin, and Forsyth counties.
