The Person We Want

We’re looking for a designer who thinks in products, not just screens.

Someone who can take a messy customer problem, map the journey and turn it into an experience people actually enjoy using.

Someone who backs design decisions with research and data, and can explain them clearly to product, engineering and leadership.

Someone who knows when to polish and when to ship, test and learn.

You’ll join a growing digital team building customer-facing products across web and mobile, where design has a real seat at the table.

This is a hands-on senior role. You’ll own projects end to end and help raise the design bar across the team.

What You’ll Own

Lead end-to-end design for key digital products across web and mobile

Turn customer insight, business goals and technical constraints into clear, intuitive experiences

Run user research, usability testing and journey mapping to shape product direction

Create wireframes, flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI in Figma

Build and maintain a scalable design system with consistent components and patterns

Partner with Product and Engineering from discovery through launch and iteration

Use analytics and testing to measure impact and improve conversion and engagement

Present work to stakeholders and lead design reviews with confidence

Mentor junior and mid-level designers

Who We’re Looking For

5+ years of product design or UX/UI experience

A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product work, from research to shipped design

Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping and design systems

Experience designing responsive web and native mobile experiences

Solid grounding in user research, usability testing and accessibility (WCAG)

Comfort working in agile teams alongside product managers and engineers

Experience using data and A/B testing to inform design decisions

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Hospitality, travel, entertainment, e-commerce or consumer app experience is a plus
