We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Business Systems Analyst II to join our Information Technology team in Boone, NC (or another approved on-site location). Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In the role of PeopleSoft HCM Business Systems Analyst II,you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
• Maintain and support business systems by reviewing, testing, and implementing system upgrades, patches, fixes, and configuration changes in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements, translating operational needs into effective system solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans for system changes and enhancements, partnering with business owners and subject matter experts to validate functionality and obtain implementation approval.
• Provide ongoing production support by researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results, and process gaps while recommending effective solutions or alternative approaches.
• Develop, maintain, and support reports and queries that meet business needs, provide actionable information, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field and/or at least two (2) years of experience supporting related business systems; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business systems analysis and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with strong experience in application testing, system configuration, and deployment.
• Ability to analyze solutions, map business processes, and develop process flows from an organizational perspective to improve operational efficiency. Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate with stakeholders, and guide and mentor team members while balancing competing priorities and evolving service needs.
• Strong knowledge of core business systems and related processes, including Human Resources, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Asset Management, and Inventory.
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire.
