• Respond to inquiries, clarify service details, address common concerns, and connect customers with the appropriate resources when additional assistance is needed.
• Keep promotional ideas neat and professional, use approved marketing materials, and help ensure that customer interactions reflect the company's service standards.
• Track key performance metrics, sales trends, and customer feedback to optimize marketing effectiveness in real time.
• Coordinate with colleagues, participate in team discussions, follow established procedures, and help work toward customer engagement and marketing objectives.

Qualifications we Value in a Sales and Marketing Specialist

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
