RunLab Physical Therapy is looking for a part-time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our North Austin (Lakeline) location. We’re specifically seeking a clinician who is available for afternoon and evening appointments, making this an excellent opportunity for a PT looking for a flexible part-time schedule, supplemental hours, or a better fit around other professional or personal commitments.

At RunLab, we provide individualized care in a movement-focused environment with an active patient population that includes runners, athletes, and people of all ages and abilities who want to move better, recover from injury, and stay active.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of orthopedic and movement-related conditions
• Provide individualized, one-on-one physical therapy
• Develop and progress active rehabilitation programs based on each patient’s goals and needs
• Work with runners, athletes, and active individuals recovering from injury or looking to improve performance
• Build strong relationships with patients and collaborate with a team of movement-focused clinicians
• Document patient care efficiently and accurately

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who:

✔ Is licensed to practice in Texas

✔ Has afternoon/evening availability in North Austin

✔ Enjoys working with active patients and is passionate about movement and rehabilitation

✔ Is looking to grow your clinical skills in biomechanics, movement analysis, and movement retraining

✔ Is a strong communicator and enjoys building relationships with patients

✔ Can work independently while also being part of a collaborative team

New graduates and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply. Running experience is not required, and we’re happy to train the right clinician in our approach to biomechanics, movement analysis, and active rehabilitation.

RunLab is a locally owned physical therapy clinic in Austin specializing in movement, biomechanics, and active rehabilitation. We combine comprehensive injury evaluation and physical therapy with detailed movement analysis to help patients move better, recover stronger, and stay active.

For our part-time and PRN clinicians, we offer the opportunity to work meaningful hours without the demands of a full-time schedule. You’ll have dedicated 1-on-1 time with patients, an engaged and interesting caseload, and a team that values quality of care over volume.
