Creative Graphic Designer

Role Description The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visual concepts that reflect Rug & Kilim’s brand identity across digital and sometimes print channels in a full-time, remote job.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing marketing materials, social media assets, editorial creative designs, website visuals, emails, and promotional campaigns that highlight the company’s collections and design narrative.

The role involves collaborating with the editorial, sales and marketing teams to create consistent branding, preparing artwork for regular schedules, marketing calendars, launches, events, and maintaining visual standards in line with the creative direction from leadership.

The designer will also adapt and optimize designs for different platforms, support photo editing and layout tasks, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall brand experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Creative Arts and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality visual work.

Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Logo Design to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all materials.Candidates should possess skills in Web Design to create or support visually engaging, user-friendly digital experiences.Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and comparable tools) is highly beneficial.Relevant experience in luxury, interior design, fashion, or art-related industries is advantageous.A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and time management is an advantage.Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment and communicate design concepts clearly is essential.
