Position Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients, including:

Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic medical conditions

Providing preventive care, wellness visits, and routine physical examinations

Managing ongoing patient care and developing appropriate treatment plans

Seeing scheduled appointments, walk-in patients, and same-day visits

Providing telehealth services when appropriate

Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records

Working independently while collaborating with the clinic team to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of two years of postgraduate APRN experience

Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program

Current Kentucky RN license and eligibility for Kentucky APRN licensure

Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through a recognized certifying organization

Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one

Demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients independently

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

Self-directed, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality patient care

Electronic medical records experience preferred

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or until the last patient has been discharged. Telehealth visits are also part of this position.
