About this role

About Rocket Youth

Rocket Youth owns and operates a growing portfolio of youth sports, enrichment, and after-school businesses across the United States, with ~80 brands and locations today. Our platform is intentionally multi-brand and multi-location: each business keeps its own identity and its focus on the local community it serves.

We grow organically and through acquisition, partnering with founder-led businesses and the experienced local operators who run them day to day. As new businesses join, we bring them onto a shared platform while preserving what makes each one successful.

Rocket Youth supports its businesses with operational leadership and shared services, including marketing, CRM, analytics, technology, M&A, accounting, finance, HR, and capital, so local teams can focus on the children and families they serve.
