Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in banking and financial services, business requirement analysis, and process improvement. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting technology-driven business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Analyze banking operations, financial transactions, and business workflows.
• Support application enhancements and system implementation projects.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate business functionality.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
• Communicate project progress and requirements with stakeholders.
