About this role

Are you a finance professional who enjoys turning financial data into meaningful business insights? We’re partnering with a manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Financial Analyst who can do more than report the numbers.

This individual will play an important role in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making, partnering with leaders across the business to identify opportunities for improved profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, business-minded Financial Analyst professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make a tangible impact on business performance.

What You’ll Do as a Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:

Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities to help the organization achieve its financial objectives.

  • Financial Modeling:

Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and ROI assessments to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and strategic opportunities.

  • Performance Analysis:

Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders.

  • Operational Partnership:

Collaborate with operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

  • Manufacturing Metrics:

Analyze key operational and financial indicators, including production costs, labor efficiency, material costs, inventory, margins, and other relevant KPIs.

  • Reporting & Insights:

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate financial performance, highlight risks, and support informed decision-making.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting capabilities, forecasting accuracy, and overall business performance.

  • Strategic Support:

Partner with finance leadership and operational stakeholders on special projects, business cases, and initiatives that drive growth and cost optimization.

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP& A, or a related finance role.
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
