Marketing Specialist (Seasonal - Remote)

Richman Property Services is hiring a remote, Seasonal Marketing Specialist to help our marketing team keep up with a high volume of support tickets. This is an entry-level role: you will work through requests like updating website specials, editing property photos, and sending offer updates to advertising partners, with guidance from the team.

It's a great fit for someone early in their marketing career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new tools, including AI image editing and Canva.

Position

Seasonal Marketing Specialist

Location: Position may be remote (U.S. only), hours are standard daytime hours of 8:30-5:30, Monday through Friday. RPS will supply/ship all required equipment to you. You must have a professional home office from which you are to work, free of distraction.

Position Summary

You'll help the marketing team work incoming support tickets, completing each request carefully and keeping things moving during our busiest season. The position may last 3-6 months or more.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the ticket queue. Review incoming requests from property and regional teams, prioritize by deadline, ask clarifying questions, and close tickets with a clear note on what changed.
• Update website specials and content. Post, revise, and remove move-in specials, pricing promotions, and property details on community websites, then check that the live page is correct.
• Refine property images with AI tools. Use AI-assisted editing to enhance, retouch, resize, and clean up property photos while keeping them true to the actual community.
• Refresh digital marketing with new photos. When new property photos arrive, swap them into websites, listing sites, and other digital channels so every community shows its most current look.
• Communicate specials to advertising partners. Send new and expiring specials to internet listing services and other partners, and confirm the listings are updated.
• Keep everything consistent. Make sure a special reads the same on the website, listing sites, and social channels, with correct dates, terms, and disclaimers.
• Track and report. Log work in the ticketing system and flag recurring issues, blockers, or requests that need a decision from the marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

• + 1+ year of experience in marketing support, digital marketing, or a similar coordinator role

+ Strong attention to detail: you catch the wrong date, the typo, and the expired offer

+ Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines at once

+ Experience updating website content through a CMS or web platform

+ Comfort using AI image tools (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva) to edit and enhance photos

+ Familiarity with Canva for editing marketing graphics

+ Clear, professional written communication with internal teams and outside vendors

+ Ability to work independently and stay responsive in a remote setting

Preferred* Experience in multifamily or property management marketing

• Familiarity with RentCafe/Yardi websites or internet listing services
• Experience working in a ticketing or project management system
• Basic knowledge of fair housing advertising guidelines
