- Help create content and campaigns supporting female new hires and targeting ERG (Employee Resource Group) leaders.
- Gather and organize sponsor data and intelligence to inform future outreach and offers (sponsor newsletters or insights)
National Event Campaigns
- Help prepare attendance justification documents members can use to gain employer approval.
- Create keynote and featured-speaker spotlight content.
- Develop hotel feature and highlight content for event promotion.
- Support early-bird registration campaigns and promote event swag.
Special Project Campaigns
- Support storytelling campaigns such as spotlighting a former SkillsUSA competitor now working in the industry.
- Help promote Girls Camps and Dress for Success partnership events.
What We're Looking For

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage several campaigns and deadlines at once
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems (email platforms, social schedulers, CRM/member databases)
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and genuine interest in supporting a member-driven community
