You need:

• At least 5 years experience as a developer! Noobs should go elsewhere.
• C#, .Net, Sql Server, AWS, mySql experience.
• To work smart and don't over complicate everything you work on. Most programmers overthink everything. We want programmers that think top down, not database up.
• To understand and live the KISS principle.
• To listen and communicate clearly.
• To be able to figure out how to get things done and learn new technologies.
