Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Springville, UT. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including social content, marketing materials, and video-related graphics that support RepMedia’s storytelling and brand goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing logos and brand elements, developing layouts, selecting and refining typography, and preparing files for production. The role also involves collaborating with creative and production teams, interpreting creative briefs, iterating on feedback, and ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints.

The Graphic Designer will contribute ideas that align with RepMedia’s bold visual style and help enhance client campaigns and media projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating or refining brand identities.
  • Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and pair typefaces that support visual narratives.
  • Competence with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
  • Ability to work on-site in Springville, UT and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video-friendly design formats is a plus.
  • Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
