THE ROLE
What this role is.
Repli is becoming a product company. The Product Marketing Designer is how that story gets made — and how our products show up visually in the world.
You'll turn product launches, features, and ideas into compelling visual experiences across video, motion graphics, social, web, and product marketing. Working alongside the Product Marketing Manager and the Training & Enablement Manager, you'll transform approved strategy and messaging into the creative assets customers see.
This is a hands-on creative role. You'll design, produce, edit, and publish the work yourself — using Claude and AI-powered design and video platforms to expand what one person can create.
In short
You turn what Repli builds into creative people stop, watch, and remember.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you will own.
- Product marketing and launch creative.
Turn product positioning and launches into cohesive creative across announcements, feature pages, landing pages, social campaigns, presentations, and customer-facing assets. Translate product functionality into clear, compelling visual stories.
- Multimedia and video production.
Script, produce, edit, and publish product explainers, feature walkthroughs, YouTube videos, short-form social content, and motion graphics. Use modern AI video tools to move quickly without sacrificing clarity.
- Visual design system.
Help build and maintain Repli's product marketing design system — reusable templates, visual components, product mockups, motion standards, and creative guidelines — so everything we ship is consistent and recognizable.
- Organic social ownership.
Own the organic social creative calendar, day-to-day publishing, and performance reporting. Turn product releases, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes moments into content that earns attention.
- AI-powered creative production.
Use Claude and other AI tools daily to develop concepts, accelerate production, and build repeatable creative workflows. Test emerging tools that improve creative quality, speed, and scale.
- Cross-functional partnership.
Partner with Product Marketing and Training & Enablement on launches, educational content, and enablement materials.
- Performance-driven creative.
Track creative and content performance and use the results to sharpen what comes next.
- Self-directed execution.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight, and ship high-quality work without constant direction.
SUCCESS
What success looks like.
- Every major product launch ships with polished, on-brand creative across video, social, web, and sales materials.
- Customers and prospects understand what Repli's products do because of the videos, walkthroughs, and visuals you create.
- Repli's product marketing looks consistent and recognizable, built on templates and a design system the whole team uses.
- Organic social publishes on schedule and grows in engagement and reach, with clear reporting on what's working.
- Your AI-assisted workflows let the team produce more, faster, without lowering the quality bar.
QUALIFICATIONS
What you bring.
- Experience.
3+ years of marketing, creative, multimedia, or product marketing experience, including producing visual marketing assets and video content. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
- Portfolio.
A portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, video, motion, and marketing creative.
- Visual design capability.
Strong execution in Canva and Figma, with a solid grasp of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency.
- Video and multimedia production.
Experience scripting, editing, and publishing video, including screen recordings, voiceovers, product demos, and short-form content.
- Motion and visual storytelling.
