About this role

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer / Developer with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS).

The role involves designing intuitive user experiences, developing responsive interfaces, and integrating with digital experience platforms to deliver seamless customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand guidelines
  • Develop responsive front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Implement and customize templates, components, and workflows within AEM or equivalent CMS platforms
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews
  • Translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences
  • Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and omnichannel platforms
  • Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and backend developers
  • Partner with marketing and content teams to optimize digital assets
  • Provide technical guidance on CMS best practices and UI/UX standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms (Sitecore, Drupal, or enterprise WordPress)
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular, and jQuery
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend service integration
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, and Workflows
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance optimization
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Adobe AEM or UX Design certification is a plus
