Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Katalon)

Seeking a Senor QA Tester with 8+ years of experience to support a benefits administration platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios from business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate eligibility rules, claims workflows, benefit calculations, and payments.
• Prepare test data, validate backend data using SQL, and document results.
• Track defects, verify fixes, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manual software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience using Katalon Studio to develop, execute, and maintain automated tests.
• Strong test case design, defect management, and SQL skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience testing benefits, insurance claims, or government systems preferred.
