RN LTC Supervisor

Job Title- RN LTC Supervisor

Shift- Nights

Requirements:

• SNF RN with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory LTC experience required.
• BLS
• Active NYS license required.
• Every other weekend required.
• 5/8s; must be able to work at least 4/8s.

Details:

• Must be able to work holidays.
• Matrixcare charting
• Travel experience required; preferably showing renewals. -
• Facility will not consider previous staff members as travelers. -Must be able to manage PICC lines.

Pay: $2,350.00 - $2,650.00 per week

Experience:

• LTC Supervisor: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Required)
