Our global Transformation Management Office partners with leading global organizations to design and deliver large-scale business transformation. Our team works across transformation strategy, change management, communications, learning, adoption, and organizational effectiveness to help clients successfully navigate complex change.

We combine strategic thinking, human-centered design, and innovative delivery approaches to create measurable business impact for our clients.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to help bring transformation strategies, ideas, and experiences to life through compelling visual storytelling.

Reporting into the EVP, Change Strategy, this role will partner closely with the Transformation team to create high-impact client-facing and internal assets. The ideal candidate combines exceptional design skills with strong business acumen and can transform complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality presentations, infographics, and visual assets for transformation programs
  • Translate complex business concepts into compelling visual stories and experiences
  • Partner with consultants, change practitioners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful client-facing deliverables
  • Maintain high standards of design quality, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Leverage emerging tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance creative output

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally within consulting, agency, or corporate environments
  • Exceptional PowerPoint design skills with a strong portfolio of presentation and visual storytelling work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual communications
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and information design
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Compensation

Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
