Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

*

Develop individualized treatment plans

*

Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes

*

Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs)

*

Assess home safety and recommend adaptive equipment

*

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques

*

Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other therapists

*

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

*

Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license

*

Home health experience preferred

*

Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

*

Excellent communication and time-management skills

*

Reliable transportation

*

Ability to work independently in the field
