Propel Therapy is a growing mobile outpatient therapy practice specializing in lymphedema and wound care. We bring skilled, individualized care directly to patients in their homes, assisted living communities, memory care settings, and other community-based environments.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) who values autonomy, flexibility, and providing truly patient-centered care. At Propel, we believe in doing what is right for our patients while supporting our therapists with the independence and resources they need to provide excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive lymphedema evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled lymphedema treatment utilizing principles of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), compression therapy, therapeutic exercise, skin care, and patient education.
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve mobility, function, independence, and quality of life.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on compression, self-management, skin care, and long-term lymphedema management.
• Assess patients for compression garments and other appropriate lymphedema-related equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, wound care providers, facilities, DME companies, and other members of the patient's care team.
• Complete timely, accurate, and skilled clinical documentation consistent with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Independently manage your patient schedule and communicate changes in condition or concerns appropriately.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Nebraska OT license in good standing.
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification required or willing to obtain immediately upon hire.
• Experience treating lymphedema and providing Complete Decongestive Therapy preferred.
• Experience in outpatient, home-based, geriatric, or wound care settings is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile outpatient setting while remaining connected with a collaborative team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned service area.
