One of our leading client is looking for

Technical Product Owner – PCO

in Louisville Kentucky

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Product Owner and functional SME for PCO products and platforms.
  • Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data, process, integration, and technology solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to drive product strategy and execution.
  • Lead requirements gathering, product discovery workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional specifications.
  • Drive implementation of PCO capabilities including provider onboarding, credentialing, provider data management, provider engagement, network management, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with data and integration teams to establish a trusted provider data foundation and golden provider record.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements to accelerate delivery, maximize business value, and improve provider experience.
  • Support Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, backlog grooming, testing, and release management.
  • Track product success metrics and continuously improve adoption, usability, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead in healthcare payer/provider environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Provider Lifecycle Management, Provider Data Management, Provider Network Operations, and Provider Experience.
  • Experience with Provider, MDM, CRM, Customer 360, or healthcare digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into product features and technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare payer platforms, provider data solutions, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR, HL7, APIs, and provider integration frameworks.
  • Experience working with data governance, MDM, analytics, and AI-enabled healthcare solutions
